These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Talenta.jobs platform operated by Lemza sh.p.k. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to these Terms.

Talenta.jobs is an online platform that connects employers and job seekers. Services include: - Job postings - Company profiles - Application management - Employer branding services - Aggregation of publicly available job listings Talenta.jobs may modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

The platform is available to: - Employers: can create accounts, publish job listings, and use paid services - Job seekers: can browse jobs with or without an account and apply to jobs Job seekers may create accounts to store their CV and apply more efficiently.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. - Multiple accounts per user are not allowed - Users must provide accurate and complete information - Lemza sh.p.k. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts - Inactive accounts may be removed Users are responsible for all activities under their account.

Employers agree to: - Publish only real and legitimate job opportunities - Provide accurate and truthful information - Not publish misleading, illegal, or discriminatory content Job postings may be edited, deleted, reused, or extended by employers. Lemza sh.p.k. reserves the right to remove or reject any job posting at its sole discretion.

Certain services on Talenta.jobs are paid. - Payments are processed via Stripe using credit card - All payments must be made in advance before publishing a job - Prices are displayed in EUR By purchasing a service, the user agrees to the applicable pricing and payment terms.

Payments for services on Talenta.jobs are processed by Lemza AG, a company registered in Switzerland. By purchasing paid services on the platform, the user agrees that: - Lemza AG acts as the payment processing entity - Charges may appear under Lemza AG or its payment providers (e.g. Stripe) - Lemza sh.p.k. remains responsible for operating the platform and delivering the services Any billing-related inquiries may be handled by either Lemza sh.p.k. or Lemza AG.

Invoices for paid services may be issued by Lemza AG, Switzerland, as the payment processing entity. Users agree that billing and payment processing may be handled by Lemza AG on behalf of Lemza sh.p.k.

All payments are final. - No refunds are provided once a job is published - Talenta.jobs does not guarantee applications, hires, or results Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as technical errors or duplicate payments, at the sole discretion of Lemza sh.p.k.

Talenta.jobs offers paid features such as promoted listings and visibility boosts. - These services increase visibility only - No guarantee is provided regarding application volume, candidate quality, or hiring outcomes - No guarantee is provided for performance of social media distribution or external promotion

Job applications may be submitted via: - Talenta platform - Email - WhatsApp Talenta.jobs may store CVs and application data to enable application management and user functionality. Users are responsible for the information they provide.

When job seekers apply for a position, their application data (including CVs and personal information) is shared with the respective employer. Employers are independently responsible for handling such data in accordance with applicable laws. Lemza sh.p.k. is not responsible for how employers process or store applicant data.

Talenta.jobs may display and integrate job listings sourced from publicly available third-party platforms. Applications may be submitted through Talenta.jobs. Lemza sh.p.k. does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of such content and does not claim ownership.

By submitting content to Talenta.jobs, including job postings, company profiles, and related materials, users grant Lemza sh.p.k. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform. This includes the right to feature content on the platform, in promotional materials, and across marketing channels.

Users agree not to: - Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities - Post false, misleading, or deceptive content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform - Interfere with the operation or security of the platform - Copy, scrape, or reuse platform data without permission Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Lemza sh.p.k. reserves the right to: - Remove or modify content at any time - Reject job postings without explanation - Suspend or terminate user accounts These actions may be taken to ensure compliance with laws and platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lemza sh.p.k. shall not be liable for: - Lack of applications or hiring success - Accuracy of job listings or user data - Interactions or agreements between users - Platform downtime or service interruptions - Loss of data or financial losses Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

Talenta.jobs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Lemza sh.p.k. may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

Lemza sh.p.k. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.

All platform content, including design, branding, and software, is the property of Lemza sh.p.k. and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Prishtinë, Kosovo.
