We collect the following types of personal data: Job seekers: - Name - Email address - Phone number (optional) - CV and application documents - Profile information Employers: - Company name - Address - Contact person - Email and phone number - Job postings and related content

We use personal data to: - Provide and operate the platform - Enable job applications and recruitment processes - Allow employers to review applications - Improve platform functionality and user experience - Communicate with users - Analyze platform performance, including application success rates and user behavior - Develop insights, statistics, and reports for internal analytics and marketing purposes Data used for analytics and marketing is processed in an aggregated or anonymized form where possible.

When job seekers apply for a position, their personal data (including CVs and application details) is shared with the respective employer. Employers are independently responsible for handling this data in accordance with applicable laws. Lemza sh.p.k. is not responsible for how employers process or store applicant data.

We store personal data as follows: - User accounts: stored until the account is deleted - CVs and application data: stored until the user deletes them or after a period of inactivity of up to 36 months We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer necessary.

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including: - Stripe and Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo (payment processing) - Email providers (Microsoft, Gmail) - WhatsApp (communication and applications) - AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic) - Google Analytics (usage analytics) - Meta Pixel (marketing and advertising) - Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure) These providers may process data as necessary to provide their services.

Personal data is primarily processed and stored in Albania and through infrastructure provided by third-party service providers.
